OYT Competition Team Sponsorship Fundraiser Rules for 2011-2012 Season
Each year On Your Toes Dance Studio offers several fundraisers to help offset the cost of competition fees. This year we have again chosen to offer competition team members the opportunity to sell sponsorships . This will allow businesses or individuals the opportunity to help support our competition team in an effort to build a strong supportive community for our dancers.
How it works:
The students and parents of On Your Toes will find and approach businesses or individuals within the community to help sponsor the upcoming season for the On Your Toes Competition Team. The main benefit to the sponsor includes having their name listed on our “Company t-shirt”. The shirts are worn throughout the community and at competitions by the dancers of On Your Toes. The sponsor can also have there name listed on the On Your Toes website and in the end of the year recital program booklet.
Fundraiser Rules:
1. The deadline for the sponsorships will be Monday, November 7, 2011.
2. This fundraiser is optional and team members do not have to participate, but is open to any competition team member.
3. T-Shirt sponsorships are an individual account fundraiser. Each sponsorship that you sell will result in 100% of those funds going directly into your account.
4. The breakdown and sponsor levels are as follows:
$100.00 - Diamond Sponsor (Name listed on t-shirt, website, & in program book)
$ 50.00 - Gold Sponsor (Name listed on website & in program book)
$ 25.00 - Silver Sponsor (Name listed in program book)
5. The names of the sponsors in the program book are a 1 page listing of all sponsors. This does not include an advertisement in the book. Ads will be sold separately at a later date.
6. Once you have sold your sponsorships, please turn in money and order forms at On Your Toes Studio in an envelope with dancer's name on the outside. Envelopes may be dropped in the payment boxes or put in the office.
7. Sponsors may not be parents of the dancer or siblings living at home with the parents. This is an opportunity to allow other family members and friends to feel like they contributed to the success of the dancer and will help them connect to each dance.
8. Sponsorships must be paid for by the sponsor.
example: If ABC Plumbing purchases a sponsorship, the check must be written from ABC Plumbing or it's owner. If a grandparent purchases a sponsorship, the check must be written from that grandparent.
9. All checks must be made payable to "On Your Toes Studio" and must be turned in with the order form to have the name printed on the shirt.
10. Sponsorship credits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
